Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before you order.

Who is it for — can a beginner ride it?

It is a full-size motocross bike with a manual clutch and four gears: 238 lb, 35.4 in seat height, 77 mph. The manufacturer recommends ages 16+ and rates it for riders up to 330 lb. If you have ridden a geared petrol dirt bike you will feel at home; if you want twist-and-go, look at the Falcon range in our shop instead.

How fast and how far does it go?

Up to 77 mph (125 km/h) and 0–62 mph in about 5 seconds, per the published spec sheet. Range is 90 miles at a steady 25 mph; The spec sheet quotes 4–5 hours of trail riding or 30 minutes of all-out racing per charge. Hard riding at speed uses the pack much faster — plan on 25–30 miles if you race it.

Battery and charging?

A quick-release 72 V 50 Ah lithium-ion pack on CATL cells, 84 V at full charge, 150 A continuous / 300 A peak output. A full charge takes about 3 hours with the included charger. Store it between 72–74 V and check it every 30 days if it sits.

Is it really a manual gearbox?

Yes — 4 forward gears (0-1-2-3-4) with a foot shift and clutch lever, plus reverse. The gearbox runs in oil: first change at 2,000 km, then every 5,000 km (SJ 10W-40). Use the clutch only to shift; riding the half-clutch can burn the plates, and clutch plates are a wear item outside the warranty.

What is in the crate, and how much assembly?

The bike, the 72 V quick-release battery, charger, tool kit and the owner's manual, plus our one-page setup sheet. It arrives mostly assembled on a pallet: fit the front wheel and handlebars, plug in the battery connector, charge. About 45 minutes with basic tools and a helper to lift it off the pallet.

How does a 265-lb crate get to my door?

Free freight shipping worldwide. Orders leave within 1–3 business days and arrive in 17–25 business days; we need a phone number so the carrier can schedule. Delivery is curbside on a pallet, lift-gate on request — have a second person to move the crate. Every shipment is tracked and insured against loss or damage in transit: if it does not arrive, or arrives damaged, we replace it or refund you in full.

What if it arrives damaged or will not power on?

Inspect the crate with the driver and note any damage on the delivery receipt (concealed damage: tell us within 5 days). If the bike does not power up within 14 days of delivery, our Arrives-Working Guarantee covers replacement parts or a replacement bike with freight both ways on us. The manufacturer adds a 6-month parts replacement warranty. Email support@varzento.com — a human answers within one business day.

Where am I allowed to ride it?

Off-road only: trails, tracks, private land and OHV areas. It is not street-legal in the US and the manual prohibits road use and carrying a passenger. Shallow water crossings are fine — do not pressure-wash the electrics.

Can I return it if it is not for me?

Yes — 30 days from delivery for unused bikes in the original crate. Email us first for the return authorization and freight label. Return freight for change-of-mind returns is deducted from the refund (we tell you the amount before you ship); defective or damaged units are always on us.

What are the tires, brakes and suspension?

80/100-21 front and 110/90-18 rear knobby tires on 7116 alloy rims; DOT4 hydraulic disc brakes front and rear with copper-base pads; MNT single-cavity double-adjustable shock and an adjustable fork, 84–250 mm of travel, 12.5 in ground clearance, 56 in wheelbase.

Does it come in white?

We stock the black version. A white version is made — email us if you want it and we will check availability and lead time before you order.

How do I contact you?
