Shipping policy
We ship worldwide free of charge. Electric dirt bikes travel by freight on a pallet, so please read the delivery notes below before you order.
Processing and delivery times
- Processing: orders leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the carrier scans the shipment.
- Delivery: 17–25 business days from dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Remote areas and customs inspections can add a few days.
Shipping cost
- Free shipping, worldwide: no shipping charge on any order, whatever you buy and wherever you are. Tracked end to end and covered against loss or damage in transit: if the shipment is lost or arrives damaged we send a replacement or refund you in full, with no carrier claim on your side.
Freight delivery of bikes
- A phone number is required: the freight carrier calls ahead to schedule delivery.
- Delivery is curbside. The crate weighs up to 265 lb (120 kg) — have a second person available to move it. Lift-gate service is available on request.
- Inspect the crate with the driver before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and email photos to support@varzento.com within 5 days of delivery. Concealed damage must also be reported within 5 days.
Duties and taxes
Taxes shown at checkout are included in your total. Where a destination country charges import duties or taxes that are not collected at checkout, they are the customer's responsibility.
Address changes and failed delivery
Email us before dispatch to change the delivery address. If a freight delivery fails because nobody could be reached at the number provided, re-delivery or storage fees charged by the carrier are passed on at cost.
